Acceptance of General Terms & Conditions , Thank you for visiting the www.seeraprint.com (“Site” or “Seera Print”). Please read these General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms govern your access and use of this Site, which is hosted by Cimpress India Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at ‘C Block’ Voltas Premises, T.B. Kadam Marg, Chinchpokli, Mumbai-400033.
By accessing or using this Site, you confirm that you are competent to contract under the relevant local laws and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. Seera Print reserves the right to update the Terms on the Site at its discretion at any time without prior notice. However, withdrawing your consent will require you to discontinue the use of your account.
Eligibility to Use Use of the Site is available only to individuals who can legally enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Individuals deemed “incompetent to contract” under the Act, including minors, undischarged insolvents, and others, are not eligible to use the Site.
By accepting the Terms or using the Site, the User confirms and agrees that they are of legal age, i.e., 18 years or older, and capable of entering into a binding contract. Such usage shall be considered as forming a contract between the User and the Site, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
Copyrighted Materials for Limited Use
This Site contains graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, fonts, music, software tools, and other information (collectively referred to as “Content”). This Site and its Content are the copyrighted property of Cimpress India Private Limited and/or its subsidiaries (referred to herein as “Seera Print”) or the copyrighted property of third parties from whom Seera Print has obtained licensing rights. All rights to this Site and its Content are reserved worldwide.
Retaining, copying, distributing, publishing, or using any portion of the Content, except as expressly permitted in these Terms, is strictly prohibited. Seera Print reserves the right to modify, delete, or add to any part of the Content at any time without prior notice.
The logo design tools provided on this Site utilize a limited set of elements, such as icons, fonts, color schemes, and design effects. Seera Print retains the right to use and make these elements available to others in the future. Creating a logo using these tools does not grant you ownership or exclusive rights to any individual design elements. Other users may create logos with similar or identical combinations of these elements, and Seera Print does not guarantee that your logo will be unique.
Seera Print makes no warranties that logo designs created using the tools provided will not infringe upon the trademarks or other rights of third parties. It is your sole responsibility to consult with an attorney to ensure that your logo design is legally available for use and does not violate the rights of others.
Use of Site You are granted permission to access and use this Site and its Content solely for the purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services through Seera Print (referred to herein as “Products”). Any other download, retention, use, publication, or distribution of the Content is strictly prohibited. Obtaining Products from Seera Print does not grant you rights to use any portion of the Content beyond the finished Products as supplied by Seera Print.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Content in combination with other images, graphics, text, or materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree not to include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted material belonging to a third party in your Products without proper authorization. You warrant that your Products will not infringe upon the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights, and will not defame, harass, threaten, or violate the legal rights of others. Additionally, you must ensure your Products do not contain any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or unlawful content.
By placing an order on this Site, you confirm that you have all necessary permissions, rights, and authority to do so and authorize Seera Print to produce the Products on your behalf. The Site may not be used to send or transmit spam, unsolicited emails, or automated messages. Seera Print reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to limit the number of recipients or e-cards you may send.
Before placing an order or accessing certain features of this Site, you must create a Seera Print account. This account may include single sign-on functionality, enabling you to use the same credentials across affiliated services. You agree to use this Site in a responsible manner that is in full compliance with these Terms and with your local laws and regulations, including export and import regulations.
You agree not to use the Site to create Products that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, harmful, obscene, malicious, or otherwise objectionable. Seera Print reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to refuse any content submitted by you or to decline processing any order for any reason. Additionally, Seera Print may terminate services or accounts of customers engaging in undesirable activities or violating these Terms.
You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text, or other materials you incorporate into your Products.
Seera Print makes no representations regarding any content posted or produced by others through the Site. Seera Print is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of the content you create or produce using the Site. By using the Site, you release Seera Print from all liability related to or arising from such content.
Any content posted or produced through the Site shall not to be used under The Representation of the People Act, 1951, customer shall be responsible for any liability arising out of such content or product.

You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners.
You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party, and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your Products.
The Member agrees to pay any GST or similar taxes, whether international, national, state, or local, that are levied or may be levied in connection with this Agreement. The Member is responsible for any fees, including attorney and collection fees, incurred by Seera Print in its efforts to collect any outstanding balances. This provision does not limit any other remedies available to Seera Print under law or equity.
If applicable, the Member agrees to provide their GST registration number and Entity Name, which must match the billing address provided. No changes to these details will be allowed once an order is placed.
The Member acknowledges that Seera Print is not responsible for verifying the GST registration number or Entity Name. Any tax liability resulting from non-compliance or the provision of incorrect details will be borne by the Member. If the Member fails to provide a GST registration number at the time of the order, they will be treated as ‘unregistered’ and will not be able to claim any input tax credit.
In any case, Seera Print’s liability under the GST regime is limited to the amount of tax charged by Seera Print.
Shipping and Delivery All products purchased from the Site will be delivered to the Member through the Logistics Partner engaged by Seera Print.
Seera Print will make every effort to ensure the prompt delivery of products by the estimated arrival date provided during the order placement. However, Seera Print cannot accept liability or be held financially responsible for any delays in delivery, regardless of the cause. The Estimated Arrival Date is an estimate and may change due to unforeseen conditions after the order is placed. Seera Print disclaims any claims or liabilities related to delays or damages caused by goods in transit. Seera Print will not be held responsible for delays or damages caused by factors such as bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any reasonable delays beyond Seera Print’s control will not be considered a deficiency of service.
The Member is responsible for providing an accurate postal address to facilitate delivery. Incomplete address details may result in the loss or delay of shipment. Seera Print will not be liable for delays, loss of shipments, or any other issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete address details. The Member will remain liable for payment of products or services that are undelivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided at the time of ordering. Seera Print will not be responsible for misplaced, lost shipments, delays, incorrect deliveries, or any other losses caused.
If the Member requests any changes to the product, address, or other details after the order is placed, it may impact the original Estimated Arrival Date, depending on product availability at that time. While Seera Print will attempt to accommodate such requests, it will not be held liable for the non-execution of any changes.
Seera Print is entitled to dispose of the products ordered by the Member if the Member is unavailable for delivery or refuses delivery within 7 days of the first delivery attempt. In the event of disposal, Seera Print will not be liable for any misuse after the disposal of the products.
Seera Print offers a cash on delivery (COD) facility for select pin codes. Orders will only be confirmed if your pin code is serviceable.
Members can pay using cash or card (if accepted by Seera Print’s Logistics Partner) at the time of delivery for COD orders. No other payment methods will be accepted for COD orders.
The Member is required to pay the amount stated on the shipping label for all COD orders. If there is a split shipment of a single order or consolidation of multiple orders, the value on the shipping label may not match the value of the product delivered. If there is an overpayment, Seera Print will refund the excess amount to the Member’s bank account upon request, provided confirmation of the cash received is obtained from the logistics partner.
By selecting COD, the Member agrees to pay the order value at the time of delivery. Seera Print reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension, recovery proceedings, or legal action, in the event of non-payment.
Refunds will be made to the same bank account or payment method used for the original transaction. For COD transactions, the Member can opt to receive the refund via NEFT to a valid bank account, and it is the Member’s responsibility to provide the correct details for the refund.
For payments made via debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet, etc., refunds will be processed using the same payment method.
Seera Print will provide an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) or Unique Transaction Reference Number (UTR) for refunds upon request. If a Member does not receive the refund in the designated bank account, it is the Member’s responsibility to submit the required documentation to support the claim. Seera Print will initiate the refund procedure after verifying the provided documents.
If the Member opts for Merchant Credit instead of a refund, the credit will be available for use for 45 days. After 45 days, the merchant credit will expire and cannot be used for future payments.
If there are any issues with the product, the Member must contact customer care within 15 days of receiving the order. Seera Print reserves the right to deny claims made after this reasonable period.
Once you raise an issue about a product delivered, Seera Print will ensure a quick, easy, and seamless refund. You may be asked to return the product as a prerequisite for processing the refund. After receiving the product back in the warehouse, a quality check will be performed before the refund is processed.
Seera Print will make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up after the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. However, you can initiate a new request if the item meets the criteria and is within the specified return/exchange period. For more details, please contact customer care.
You agree to indemnify Seera Print and all parties from whom Seera Print has licensed portions of content, including directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising from (i) your breach of these terms or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand related to any text, photograph, image, graphic, or other material uploaded or provided by you and incorporated into Seera Print’s products. Seera Print has the right to control the defense of any such suit, claim, or demand.
The site and its content are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You acknowledge that the operation of the site may not be uninterrupted or error-free. While Seera Print makes reasonable efforts to display accurate product attributes, they do not guarantee that product descriptions are accurate, reliable, or error-free.
Links to independent companies’ products or services may appear on the site. These are provided “as is” without any warranty. Certain jurisdictions may provide warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded by contract, and Seera Print will comply with those guarantees where applicable. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Seera Print limits its liability, offering either a replacement or repair of goods or services, or a refund of the cost of the goods/services.
Seera Print’s Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for 10 years following your purchase. If you request a refund, it may take up to 30 days depending on your bank. However, certain circumstances beyond Seera Print’s control may not be covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee. Additionally, Seera Print cannot be responsible for spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer, low-resolution images, design errors, errors in user-selected options (such as finish, quantity, or product type), or damage caused after delivery. Customers should carefully preview their designs before placing the order, as Seera Print does not proof documents created by customers before processing.
Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL SEERA PRINT OR ITS LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, OR VENDORS, OR THE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS OF ANY OF THEM, BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT SEERA PRINT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE OR OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THAT YOU ORDER FROM SEERA PRINT OR ITS AFFILIATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISTAKE, OMISSION, VIRUS, DELAY, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SEERA PRINT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR INAPPROPRIATE OR UNAUTHORISED USE OF THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT OR OUR SUPPLIED PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. IF YOU LIVE IN A COUNTRY OR STATE THAT DOES NOT ALLOW ANY OF THE FOREGOING EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY OR ANY OF THE DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES IN THE ABOVE SECTION, SUCH EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS WILL NOT APPLY TO YOU BUT ONLY TO THE EXTENT SUCH EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Any comments, suggestions, proposals, or other feedback (collectively “Feedback Information”) provided to Seera Print in connection with the operation or content of this Site shall be provided by the submitter and received by Seera Print on a non-confidential basis. All such comments, suggestions, and other information shall become the exclusive property of Seera Print. By submitting any such information to Seera Print, you agree that you are transferring and assigning, at no charge, all your right, title, and interest in the information, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights. Dispute ResolutionAt Seera Print, we are committed to ensuring that disputes between Sellers and Buyers are settled amicably by way of the dispute resolution mechanisms and procedures. The Member may reach out to our customer support at 02522-669393 (Monday to Friday) from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday & Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Indian Standard Time) or access the help center at https://www.seeraprint.in/customer-care/help-centre/.
In the event any dispute arises out of or in connection with the Terms herein, including the validity hereof, the parties hereto shall endeavor to settle such dispute amicably in the first instance. The attempt to bring about an amicable settlement shall be treated as having failed as soon as one of the parties hereto, after reasonable attempts, which shall continue for not less than 30 (Thirty) calendar days, gives a notice to this effect, to the other party in writing.
